
At 10:00 AM local time on October 16, Ruixi International Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Cairo, under the recommendation and witness of MEASC. Ruixi International's founder, Lin Bin, and co-founder, Ye Guangtao, attended the event. Ghada Mohamed El Guindy, CEO of the Arab Renewable Energy Company (ARECO) under AOI, represented the Chairman of AOI and signed the agreement on behalf of the organization.

The two parties signed a cooperation framework, with the core objective of assisting Egypt in its energy transition and the development of a low-carbon economy. Moving forward, they will promote and adopt integrated smart energy solutions in Egypt and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions, aiming to build GWh-level energy storage projects. RealSee International will be responsible for the development and implementation of smart energy solutions, while AOI will focus on expanding local renewable energy business and coordinating resources required for the projects. Both parties will adhere to the principle of "complementary advantages and mutual development," fully leveraging their respective technological and resource strengths to facilitate the implementation of more renewable energy projects.
